Calendar Management

This level includes basic assistance managing the reporting and filing deadlines required of a nonprofit organization, as well as calendar needs specific to your organization. This typically includes (but is not limited to):

  • 501(c)(3) renewal and reporting

  • State licensing and reporting

  • Grant application & reporting deadlines (does not include writing/editing of grant materials)

  • Donor and performer communication reminders

Due to the nature of managing a calendar, this service must be contracted for a twelve (12) month period, after which it can be evaluated on a monthly basis.

Financial Management

This level includes most or all of the above level of support, but also provides additional assistance with the day-to-day financial records of the organization. This typically includes (but is not limited to):

  • Managing Donor records

  • Staff/Performer/Contractor payment tracking (but not payroll)

  • Essential QuickBooks (or other software) assistance to manage and track the financial well-being, including working with the staff and board to improve the fiscal outlook

Because this typically includes the above Calendar Management, this service must be contracted for a twelve (12) month period. The usual cost is billed annually (payable monthly), after which it can be evaluated on a monthly basis. However, it is possible to contract some of these Financial services for as little as three (3) months at a time. Of course, these costs can be negotiated depending on your specific needs and budget.

Communication Management

This is a separate option for organizations who just need assistance with print and digital media to communicate with their current and potential donors and performers. This typically includes (but is not limited to):

  • Print and/or online newsletter (starting rate of 2 per month)

  • Website Updates (actual web design & hosting would be outsourced for additional costs)

  • Facebook page and event listing support

This service can be contracted independently of any other service listed, on a monthly basis or on an annual basis (payable monthly). This does not currently include other social media management.

Full Administration

All of the above support services, plus performance logistics for up to 4 performances per 12 month period, may be contracted annually (payable monthly) or on a month-to-month contract (with an initial minimum of 3 months).
